A carefully-crafted masterpiece, this blend consists of equal rations of Grenache and Graciano with a small addition of Petit Verdot to enhance the wine's color depth and nuance. The Grenache and Petit Verdot were aged in oak barriques, but the Graciano was aged entirely in concrete tanks. The blend is medium bodied and nicely balanced, with lovely aromatics of hibiscus flower, cinnamon and cherries. The wine is mouthwatering with luxurious flavors of pomegranate and red licorice. Always decant, and enjoy our Spanish Fly at room temperature with roasted fowl, spicy sausauges and hearty soups and stews.
